For more than thirty years, Discovery Centre was a special place of learning for children. That’s a lot of history and a lot of established ideas that Discovery Centre is just a fun place for kids.
It can happen to all of us: we get used to accepting the world the way it is and never ask “Why?” Whether it’s a product of society or our own knowledge getting in our way, we lose our inquisitiveness over time. The Discovery Centre is where we can come to get our curiosity back.
In the four weeks following the opening of the new centre and the launch of the Stay Curious campaign, the centre doubled its membership sales and saw 40,000 visitors! That’s half the annual visitation in just one month.
