CHALLENGE

Develop a consistent social media messaging strategy for the Elliot Health System  (EHS) that promoted the hospitals services, employees, mission and community outreach.

UNDERSTANDING

EHS had numerous pages on both Facebook and LinkedIn. In order to provide a clear, consistent messaging strategy, the pages had to be combined, or in some cases eliminated. Once a monthly editorial calendar was created the messaging across all channels became stronger and more compelling.

INSPIRATION POINT

Elliot Health System is more than just one hospital. It’s made up of caring and compassionate health professionals in a number of provider locations. Elliot is also a trusted healthcare provider serving the city of Manchester since 1890.

RESULTS

Engagement on Facebook for EHS increased by 32%. LinkedIn has grown by almost 500 followers this past year, with reach increased by 90% and page views up 38%. A LinkedIn Careers Showcase page started a year ago has shown an 800% increase in reach, with engagement up 450% and followers up 115%.
