Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy to regain the ground lost to larger competitors. Courville Communities has been around for 50 years, but newer, national competitors were taking market share.

UNDERSTANDING

Courville Communities is a family of long-term nursing, assisted living and rehabilitation facilities in the highly competitive market of southern NH. Courville has been a family-owned company since it began in 1967 and though it has a very strong local reputation, it was starting to loose market share to corporate-owned competitors.

INSPIRATION POINT

Unlike the national competitors, Courville is locally owned, has 50 years of trust built up within the area, provides a continuum of care not found in other facilities, and staff stay with the company long-term. These differentiators drove all marketing efforts.

RESULTS

With a new website and integrated inbound marketing campaign website visits increased 60% and page views were up 35%. A newly created ebook was downloaded 28 times in just 3 months, resulting in new leads. Google AdWords overall is up an incredible 88%, with search up 23% and display up 14%.
